TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA Data Controller; BEDİROĞLU TEKSTİL İM. AND ITH. SINGING. AND TRADE LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as “company” or “ Bediroğlu Tekstil”), by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”). This information text has been prepared and announced in order to inform employees about the procedures and principles to be followed in protecting their personal data in their relations with our company.

KVKK Article 10: “During the acquisition of personal data, the data controller or the person authorized by him/her shall; It is obliged to provide information about the identity of the data controller and its representative, if any, the purpose for which personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data, and other rights listed in Article 11.”

We hereby declare that we will store and process it for the period required for the processing, and that it may be processed under the conditions stipulated by KVKK and in accordance with the general principles.

Basic Definitions in the Law

Personal Data: Any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person.

Processing of Personal Data: Obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available personal data by fully or partially automatic or non-automatic means provided that it is part of any data recording system, It is any operation performed on data, such as classifying or preventing its use.

Data Controller: The real or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system.

Explicit Consent: Consent regarding a specific subject, based on informed consent and expressed with free will.

Board: Refers to the Personal Data Protection Board.

Personal Data Regarding Employees

Personal data regarding employees may be processed by our company in line with the purposes and processing conditions specified in this text. Personal data subject to processing are as follows:

Identity Data: Name, surname, parents' names, date of birth, TR ID number, gender, marital status, identity card serial number, nationality information, passport information, duty and title information, vehicle license plate family. relatives information.

Contact Data: Telephone number, e-mail address, address information, internal contact information (company telephone number, internal telephone number, corporate e-mail address, registered e-mail address).

Financial Data: Bank IBAN number, payrolls, files and debt information regarding enforcement proceedings.

Legal Transaction Data: Information in correspondence with judicial authorities, information in the case file, etc.

Professional Experience Data: Educational status, in-service training information, certificate and diploma information, language information, courses attended, education and skills, work experience, transcript information.

Visual and Audio Data: Photographs, video recordings, camera records of real persons.

Transaction Information Data: IP address information, website entry-exit records,

Location Data: Location information of the current location, etc.

Biometric Data: Palm information, Fingerprint information, Retina scan information, Face recognition information, etc.

Personal Data: Payroll information, disciplinary investigation, employment entry-exit records, CV information, performance evaluation reports, insurance information, criminal record, leave and return date, military service status information, department and unit.

Health Data: Health report, blood type, personal health information, health and maternity leave documents, information regarding disability status, used device and prosthesis information.

Criminal Conviction : Information regarding criminal convictions, information regarding security measures.

Other Data : Family Relative Information, Signature,

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

of the KVKK and Article 5 of the Communiqué, personal data of employees may be processed for the following purposes in accordance with the processing conditions specified in Article 4

of the KVKK :
→ Depending on the service contract; Fulfilling service obligations, fulfilling employer responsibilities, ensuring occupational safety, management, supervision and execution of work,
→ Receiving and evaluating suggestions for the improvement of Business Processes,
→ Providing information about changes that may occur in our terms of service,
→ Electronic (internet/mobile, etc.) or arranging all records and documents that will be the basis for the transaction in the physical environment,
→ Carrying out contract processes within the scope of the Labor Law and all other legislation,
→ Providing information to public officials upon request and in accordance with the legislation on matters related to public security,
→ Fulfilling legal obligations and exercising rights arising from the current legislation. ,
→ Fulfilling the legal obligation in case the relevant authority requests and responding is required within the scope of judicial and administrative investigations,
→ Execution of Emergency Management Processes
→ Execution of Information Security Processes
→ Fulfillment of obligations arising from employment contracts and legislation for employees,

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Personal data may be obtained directly from the relevant person, third parties and legal authorities during the establishment of a legal relationship. In this context, personal data; It can be collected verbally, in writing or electronically, through tools such as e-mail, application forms and through written or verbal communication channels. In accordance with the legislation, especially the Labor and Social Security Laws, we collect data through the cameras we place in the workplace building, in order for the employers to fulfill their obligations arising from the employment contract and the law completely and correctly, as per the Company's legal obligation and legitimate interest to ensure workplace security.

In accordance with the provision in Article 5 of the KVKK, personal data cannot be processed without the explicit consent of the relevant person. The law specifies cases where explicit consent is not required as an exception. Provided that there is a clear provision in the law, it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary, it is mandatory for the company to fulfill its legal obligation, it has been made public by the relevant person himself, the data is for the establishment, use or protection of a right. Personal data may be processed by our company without seeking explicit consent, provided that the processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned.

In order for our company to continue its activities, personal data may be processed for the legal reasons stated above, within the scope of the processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and in line with the principles and procedures stipulated by other relevant legislation, in order to achieve the purposes specified in this Information Text and to fulfill legal obligations.

You can post pictures, videos, etc. on your web page, social media accounts. Your shares and special personal data may be processed by requesting your explicit consent within the scope of the principle of proportionality.

To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Personal data of employees, provided that adequate and effective measures are taken in accordance with the data transfer and processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and the security and confidentiality principles determined in the legislation in order to ensure the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes; with suppliers, shareholders, authorized dealers, private legal persons from whom services are received (in matters such as security, training, auditing, activity and organization, health, occupational safety, law, etc.), independent auditing institutions, financial institutions, domestic business partners, domestic storage, Archiving can be shared and transferred with companies that receive information technology support (server, hosting, program, cloud computing), legally authorized public institutions and private legal persons.

Storage Period of Personal Data

In accordance with the provisions of the KVKK, your personal data processed for the purposes specified in this "Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data", when the purpose requiring processing in accordance with Article 7/f.1. of the KVKK no longer exists and/or when we are obliged to process your data in accordance with the legislation. When the expiry period expires, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized and will continue to be used by us, taking into account the Personal Data Storage and Destruction Policy.

Rights of the Relevant Person

The relevant person has the right to learn whether his personal data is being processed, to request information if his personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred at home or abroad, in case personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed. requesting their correction, requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of KVKK and other relevant laws, requesting that personal data be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred upon request by our company., has the right to object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, and to request compensation for the damage in case of damage due to

the unlawful processing of personal data .

Exceptions to the Right to Apply

In accordance with the provision of Article 28/2 of the Law, it will not be possible for the relevant persons to benefit from the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law, except for the right to demand compensation for damage in the following cases.
Processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention of crime or criminal investigation. Processing of personal data made public by the relevant person.

Application Method

The relevant person may apply for requests within the scope of the rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by one of the methods described in the application form.

Applications submitted to the Company will be answered within 30 days from the date the request is received by the Company, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with Article 13/2 of the KVKK . However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for the Company, the fee specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be charged by the Personal Data Protection Board. Answers regarding the application will be delivered to the applicant in writing and electronically, in accordance with Article 13
